• ELIGIBILITY: Open exclusively to Mitchells Plain residents, 18 years of age or older upon entry. Employees of Wholesun Bread and their immediate family members and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.

• SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: To participate, entrants must submit original content as specified in the Competition announcement. By submitting content, participants grant Wholesun Bread a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display their submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition and Wholesun Bread products.

• PRIZES: Competition prizes are non-exchangeable and subject to availability. Winners will receive Wholesun Bread bags in addition to any other prizes as specified in the Competition announcement.

• WINNER SELECTION: Will be solely at the discretion of Wholesun Bread, based on criteria outlined in the Competition announcement. The decisions made by Wholesun Bread are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during entry. Failure to respond within [number of days] days may result in the selection of an alternate winner.

• PUBLICITY: By participating, winners grant Wholesun Bread permission to use their names, likenesses, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Competition, without additional compensation.

• LIABILITY: Wholesun Bread is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of the Competition. Participants assume all risk and liability for their participation.

• MODIFICATION or TERMINATION: We retain the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

• GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
